Devotion to Self

This second sound meditation of the devotion series is a devotion to Self. Amy Reichlin and Wendy Pots guide you in cultivating a loving connection with your Self, the calm, compassionate, and centered essence within you that holds the capacity for healing and growth. You will learn to trust this inner anchor as the guiding force in all aspects of your being.

The devotion work starts with a sound meditation that consists of different modalities, like ceremony dharma talk, 6 hours of sound ceremony combining breath work, vocal toning and vocalization, guided visualization, and live instruments like the drum, gong, singing bowls, and chimes. We will offer a post-journey sharing circle, as well as preparation and integration booklets, group zoom calls, and an individual integration session.

Allow yourself to be carried into a devotional soundscape that mirrors the depths of your being. Discover what it means to be in devotion to yourself, exploring the barriers that prevent you to live your life fully and finding your devotional path.
